If a technical issue arises with Zoom video or the listening phone dial-in option, the Town Council meeting will continue unless a Councilmember is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449. 

 

Providing Public Comment During the Meeting

Members of the public who wish to address the Council, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members may also provide written public comment submitted via email to: towncouncil@townofwindsor.ca.gov, please submit them by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. If a Councilmember is participating remotely under the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449, members of the public will be allowed to provide public comment through Zoom.

Members of the public wishing to speak to the Council on any Consent Calendar item or any item not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council is not allowed to consider issues or take action on any item not listed on the agenda during this period. Each Public Comment is normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length.

Final Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Landscaping and Lighting and 1982 Act Benefit Assessment Agreement for Hembree Lane Oaks

 
  1. Adopt a resolution of the Town Council approving a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Hembree Lane Oaks Subdivision and directing its execution by the Mayor, approving the final map therefore, accepting certain offers of dedication subject to improvement, and making findings in accordance with the State Subdivision Map Act and the Town of Windsor Subdivision Ordinance and authorizing the Town Manager to execute a Landscaping and Lighting Assessment Districts and 1982 Act Benefit Assessment District Agreement.

Office of Traffic Safety - Law Enforcement Grant

 

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Town of Windsor Police Department to accept a grant from the State of California Office of the Traffic Safety in the amount of $120,000 for the Town of Windsor Police Department to implement traffic enforcement program education and authorizing the Town Manager to execute all grants documents on behalf of the Town.

Adopt a Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency Requesting the Sonoma County Consolidated Oversight Board to Formally Dissolve the Successor Agency

 

Adopt a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency finding and determining that all the dissolution criteria set forth in California Health and Safety Code Section 34187(b) for the Successor Agency's dissolution has been met and requesting the Sonoma County Consolidated Oversight Board formally dissolve the Successor Agency.
